To ensure our guests feel comfortable and safe at all times, we have put additional Covid-19 safety measures in place at Winsley Park Farm B&B. 

Please read below our safety procedures.

Check In / Check Out

We will welcome you at Winsley Park Farm and show you to your room keeping a safe two metres distance. Your keys and welcome pack will be sanitised and waiting for you on a table in your room. Our check out time is 11am, enabling us time to provide a vigorous clean of the room and en-suite prior to the next guest.  When you check-out, please leave your keys on the table in your room.

Breakfast

Breakfast can be served either in our spacious dining room/lounge or on your own private terrace. If using the dining room, your table will be a safe distance away from the next table. Windows/doors will be kept open for optimum ventilation but we will ensure that you feel warm and comfortable as you dine. We provide table service and our staff will wear masks when serving.

Cleaning / Room

Whilst we always ensure high standards of cleaning throughout our properties, we are taking extra steps to increase the amount of cleaning undertaken during Covid-19 times – think of it as a deep spring clean between guests. 

All surfaces, crockery, glassware, cutlery, bathroom items and soft furnishings that you will need to use/touch during your stay will be fully sanitised prior to your arrival and re-sanitised afterwards ready for the next guest. Hand sanitisers are available in every room and dining/lounge area for your use.

Decorative cushions and runners will be temporarily removed from the room during the pandemic to help with cleaning and help stop transmission. 

Covid-19 Symptoms

Our management and staff are tested routinely for Covid-19 for your assurances and we ask you to please check your own health prior to your visit. It is essential that you do not travel if you are unwell or showing signs of Covid-19. Please contact us prior to your booked visit if you develop symptoms and we will discuss your booking with you. Should you develop any symptoms during your stay, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible and to return home to self-isolate.
